Stash Report

Ok, since Judy said last week that anybody could jump in anytime...here I am.  My name is Jan and I am so new to all of this, but enjoying it so much!  I started quilting in the summer of 1999, at that time I was very into rubber stamping, but one afternoon a girlfriend, Sarah Kate, from sarahkatefibers.blogspot.com, had me over and showed me how to paper piece.  The quilting bug bit me good, and, needless to say, my poor stamps have been boxed up ever since.  In the last two years I've grown a small business with my sewing, but I so miss my quilting.

A WordsWithFriends buddy told me about her blog, Sewing Adventures(sewgreenm.blogspot.com).  I was very intrigued, and the rest, well...here I am.  :)

On to the Stash Report

In: 8 1/2 yards (feel ok about it cause I DO have a plan for it. hehe)
Used: 12yards (helps that I made curtains, out of my stash, no less!)

Guess that means I'm at a -3.5

Hope it was ok to introduce myself, and many thanks to Jill(jillquilts.blogspot.com) for answering my questions and walking me through. :)
curtains are a great stash buster!

I promise to learn how to link to others by next week!

Have fun posting about your quilting journey and just have fun!

Don't stress out about stashbusting - but, it will become addictive!

I wish I had a stash to bust. Mine is pretty small. Thanks for stopping by my blog. The quilt I am working on is "Be Attitudes" by Nancy Halvorsen. It is a really fun quilt.
