Legacy

So, my kids have phones, and I can't tell you how many times I've told them to make sure those things are off and do not come out in church!  Well, remember the saying, "Do as I say and not as I do"?  Sunday night I looked to my right and could not resist taking my phone out to snap this picture.
Five Bibles open in a row, the oldest 16, the youngest 10, makes a momma's heart swell.  Just wanted to share. :)

What a sweet moment to capture. I miss seeing you on a regular basis. Hope all is well and tell John Stephen we said hello.

Just discovered your blog on the Quilting Bloggers forum! :-) I love your picture! Can't tell you how unnerving it is to see kids texting during the service and their parents don't do something!!! :-D I guess I'm an old fuddy-duddy! Anyway, I blog about my quilts and the Lord and homeschooling! Check me out at www.cheaperthantherapyquilting.blogspot.com!
Blessings!

Yes-It is a moment to cherish. This morning my youngest grandson was dedicated to the Lord. The pastor's message to them was from based on "Bringing up a child...". God Bless!

What a great shot! After many years of attending services with my two children, they are grown now and even though they live in the area, they often work on Sunday so we don't always get to attend church together. I really miss that.
